IFM SUMMIT is Poland’s first scientific conference devoted to the notion of mobility and to fascia, as well as to their role in everyday training and in rehabilitation. Theoretical lectures will be held on the first day of the event, with the second day devoted entirely to practical workshops. Both the lectures and the workshops will be hosted by the world’s most renowned speakers who have been dealing with improving mobility for a number of years now, and who are practitioners working with many athletes, both in Poland and worldwide.

All those willing to expand their knowledge about mobility, find out how to boost the effectiveness of their training, as well as how to regenerate and overcome injury are invited to participate in the conference. The event is targeted primarily for professional coaches, physical therapists and masseurs, but also to those practicing sports on a daily basis - both professionally and as amateurs.

Buying the LECTURES + WORKSHOPS TICKET allows you to participate in any number of workshops you may decide to attend (subject to availability). The workshop hosted by dr. Kelly Starrett is not included, as it is an all-day event that requires the purchase of another type of ticket.

YES. While registering, each participant will receive a welcome package containing the necessary training materials. In addition, those participants who have purchased the VIP TICKET or the LECTURES + DR. KELLY STARRETT’S WORKSHOP TICKET, will be provided with equipment required to perform the exercises presented by the speaker (Floss Band, Duoball, 8 cm Ball, Power Band).

If a bank transfer is your preferred method of payment, you have 7 days to pay for the ticket. Once this deadline expires, the ticket booking will be canceled.

The workshops are practical sessions, so you need to wear comfortable sports shoes and clothes that will not restrict your movement while exercising.

The IFM SUMMIT is held on the campus of the Warsaw Medical University, at ul. Trojdena 2 in Warsaw. The lectures will be held at the WUM Didactic Center Hall (ul. Trojdena 2a), while the workshops at the training facilities of the WUM Rehabilitation and Training Center (ul. Trojdena 2c).

Public access parking is available in the direct vicinity of the location at which the event will be held. The Sports and Rehabilitation Center offers the total of 177 parking spots. Buying a ticket for the conference does not guarantee a complimentary parking spot.

NO. Saturday’s lectures will be held at the Warsaw Medical University’s Didactic Center Hall at ul. Księcia Trojdena 2a in Warsaw.
Sunday’s workshops will be held in the building of the Warsaw Medical University’s Rehabilitation and Training Center at ul. Księcia Trojdena 2c in Warsaw.

NO. Two separate registrations are required on each day of the event (on Saturday and on Sunday).

Registration begins at 7:00 am, both on Saturday and on Sunday, and closes at 9:30 am. Clearly marked registration desks will be available next to the entrance.
Each participant should present a picture ID to receive a special wristband and the welcome package. On Sunday, the participant will receive as many wristbands as many workshops they have signed up for. A wristband of a different color is assigned to each of the workshops.

The official opening ceremony will take place at 9.30 am. The first lecture is schedule to kick off at 10:00 am.

The Expo is open between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on both days of the conference

YES. Simultaneous translation into Polish will be provided during the lectures delivered in English. After leaving their ID as a deposit, each participant will receive a headset required to listen to the translation. English-language workshops will be translated consecutively (translation is provided after the end of subsequent passages made by the speaker).

YES. Dr. Starrett’s books will be sold during the EXPO. The number of the booth will be confirmed soon.
